| OJSC “TECHNOPARK-ZELENOGRAD”
was established by the Moscow Government (Decree № 296 from 01.08.1997) as a pilot project for the development and support of small businesses in the field of science and technology.
The founders of "Technopark-Zelenograd" are:
- The Moscow Foundation for the Support and Development of Small Businesses;
- The Moscow Government Department for the State and Municipal Property;
- The Moscow Fund for Innovations;
- The Association of Small Business Enterprises.
“TECHNOPARK-ZELENOGRAD” is located in a four-story-building and incorporates 10,000 square meters of production area and 1,500 square meters of office area along with subsidiary premises (conference halls, exhibition area, negotiation rooms, a cafe).
Purposes of Activity:
Development of high innovative technologies in Russia;
Support and development of small innovative businesses, ensuring better than average in the region conditions for the commercial activity of small manufacturers;
Establishment of business and scientific networks between the major industrial enterprises and small science-based businesses;
Creation of new working places.
Major Tasks:
- Development of the market-oriented infrastructure for science-based manufacturing activities, consolidation of science-based manufacturing and educational potential of Zelenograd;
- Establishment of the comprehensive support system for small innovative businesses;
- Assistance in creating and developing new technologies and organization of manufacturing of highly competitive products;
- Assistance in educational programs on commercialization of technologies and innovation management;
- Establishment of international network in science and new technologies.
The tenants of "Technopark-Zelenograd" avoid complex bureaucratic procedures, and obtain assistance in the formal registration of the small business enterprise, as well as technical and financial support for the projects.

To its tenants "Technopark-Zelenograd" also provides:
- Consultancy in business and law;
- Assessment and elaboration of business-plan;
- Printing jobs;
- Exhibition hall;
- Opportunity to display competitive products at the major Russian and international fairs and exhibitions.

Since 1999 the tenants of "Technopark-Zelenograd" have been successfully participating in major Russian and International fairs and exhibitions, such as Hanover Messe (Germany), International Week of High-Technologies (Beijing, China), High-Technologies of Small Businesses (Moscow, Russia), High-Technologies in the Defense Industry (Moscow, Russia)
